Feedback Symptomatrix

Our Symptomatrix for early recognition of GCA and PMR has been successfully used by thousands of potential patients worldwide since 2003. It significantly shortened the pathway to diagnosis and treatment and thus patients may have become less ill. From many we received valuable feedback over the years. The information was used to update the Symptomatrix in order to better serve potential patients. But just as often, we received feedback from patients about how they have fared since they went to visit the GP with the Symptomatrix. Each time we were pleased to hear (in writing, sometimes by phone) that the Symptomatrix had been so helpful and that after diagnosis and through treatment, improvement in symptoms and even healing occurred quickly.
